Today, I did something I have never done before. I got up at 5:00 am in order to go to the gym. I finally made it around 6:00 am. Once I was there I began the Clemson Power Program for the fourth time in my life. I have used this to get strong, lose body fat, and get healthy twice before and now I once again embark upon this journey. It will be a long road, but one that I must travel and it will be one race that I must win.
I bench pressed more weight than I originally thought, but it still wasn't enough. I have gotten so weak it is nothing to laugh at, but I will get stronger I promise. I also shrugged, bicep curled, tricep pushdowned, and did 100 ab crunches on an exercise ball. I then ran on the elipitical for 15 minutes and 1 mile. It was a challenge, but I will get better. Today was just the start, not the end, so while the numbers might be dismal now, they will not be in a couple of weeks.
